By using Greatman Logistics services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By registering an account, shipping packages, using our website, or utilizing any Greatman Logistics service, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

  1. CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, shipping information, and package details.

Greatman Logistics is not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

  1. SHIPPING SERVICES

Greatman Logistics provides package forwarding, shipping, personal shopping assistance, and related logistics services between the United States and Jamaica.

Shipping schedules are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, airline delays, customs processing, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

  1. CUSTOMS FEES & GOVERNMENT CHARGES

Customs duties, taxes, government fees, inspection fees, and related charges are not included in shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for all applicable customs and government charges.

  1. PROHIBITED ITEMS

Customers may not ship prohibited, restricted, illegal, hazardous, dangerous, or regulated items.

Examples include:

• Illegal drugs
• Firearms and ammunition
• Explosives
• Flammable materials
• Counterfeit goods
• Restricted chemicals
• Any item prohibited by Jamaican or U.S. law

Greatman Logistics reserves the right to refuse any shipment.

  1. PACKAGE INSPECTION

Greatman Logistics reserves the right to inspect packages when required for safety, customs compliance, legal requirements, or operational purposes.

  1. PAYMENT

All shipping charges, customs fees, storage fees, delivery fees, and other applicable charges must be paid before package release unless otherwise approved.

Unpaid balances may result in delayed package release.

  1. STORAGE FEES

Customers are expected to collect packages promptly.

Packages not collected within the specified collection period may incur storage fees.

Packages abandoned for an extended period may be disposed of according to company policy and applicable laws.

  1. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

While Greatman Logistics takes reasonable care in handling shipments, we are not responsible for:

• Manufacturer defects
• Damage caused by improper packaging
• Customs inspections
• Carrier-related incidents outside our control
• Delays caused by third parties

Claims for loss or damage must be submitted within 7 days of package receipt.

  1. DELIVERY SERVICES

Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Greatman Logistics is not liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather events, customs processing, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  1. PERSONAL SHOPPING SERVICES

For personal shopping requests:

• Full payment may be required before purchases are made.
• Product availability cannot be guaranteed.
• Prices may change without notice.
• Greatman Logistics is not responsible for manufacturer warranties or retailer policies.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Greatman Logistics' liability for any shipment shall not exceed the amount paid for the shipping service unless additional insurance coverage has been purchased.

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

  1. REFUNDS

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable once a package has been processed or shipped.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  1. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

Greatman Logistics reserves the right to suspend or terminate customer accounts for:

• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of services
• Violation of company policies
• Illegal activities

  1. PRIVACY

Customer information will be used solely for account management, shipping operations, customer support, and legal compliance.

Greatman Logistics does not sell customer information to third parties.

  1. CHANGES TO TERMS

Greatman Logistics reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
